PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dunedin City Council, at a Special Meeting convened for the purpose and held on Monday, the 13th day of March, 1944, passed the following. Resold tion. viz.:— THAT in exercise of the authority contained in Section 189 of “ The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933.” the Council of the City of Dunedin hereby resolves, so that this resolution may be confirmed at a subsequent meeting of the Council, and operate as a Special Order, that those parcels of land,, each containing 20 poles more or less, being streets Nos. 7 and B—now known as Mowat and Torridon streets respect-ively-shown on plan of Block 1, Township of Opoho, being part of original Section 50, Block IX. North Harbour and Blueskin District, delineated on Land Transfer Plan No. 26 deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin in December. 1873, and being part of the land described in Certificate of Title Register Book, Volume 11, Folio 88, be and the same are hereby declared to be public streets in the City of Dunedin.
