DUNEDIN FANCIERS’ CLUB

The monthly meeting of the Dunedin Fanciers’ Club was held last Monday night, when Mr Ronald presided over an attendance of 22 members. Arrangements for the show to be held from June 2 to 7 were made, and schedules revised, and the following judges were appointed: Mrs Phillips (Dunedin), children’s pets: Mr McDermott (Christchurch), dog section; Mr J. Fraser, roller canary section; Mr Soames Yorkshire canary section; Mr Tomkins, Norwich canary section; Mr Gobbe (Christchurch), poultry section; Mr S. Browne, homing pigeon section. The judges for the remaining sections will be decided at the next meeting. Motions of sympathy with sick members in hospital were passed. It was arranged that the closing date for entries be May 19.
