RUSSIA AND POLAND
EFFORTS TO SETTLE DISPUTE (Rec. 10 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Mar. 29. The Polish Ambassador, Count Cieschanowski, presented Mr Cordell Hull with a message from the Polish Government which is believed to be connected with new efforts to settle the Russian-Polish territorial, and diplomatic disputes. Count Cieschanowski has just returned from London, where presumably he discussed the possibility of inducing the United States to take a more active part in establishing friendly Russian and Polish relations.
