MASSACRE AT ROVNO

MOSCOW. Mar. 29. The Germans in Rovno massacred more than 100,000 Poles and Jews, which was more than twice the town's pre-war population, according to the Polish newspaper Volna Polska. The Soviet State Atrocity Commission. now in Rovno investigating the massacre which occurred before the Germans evacuated the town on November 18, found that the victims had been annihilated in gas chambers, and by mass shootings.
