FAIR AND MILD Forecast for Otago.—The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was issued at 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— Light variable winds; weather fair, with moderate to mild day temperatures. hut some frosts inland. Weather in Dunedin.—Beautifully fine conditions were experienced in Dunedin during the greater part of yesterday, the sun shining brightly until well into the afternoon, when light cloud covered the sky.
