MAGISTRATE’S COURT

Tuesday. February 29 (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) Undefended Cases Judgment by default, .with costs, was given for the plaintiff in the following undefended bases:—Otago Co-operafive Milk Suoply Company, Ltd., v. A. J. Cox, for £2 5s 3d; Otago Co-operative Milk Supply Company, Ltd., v. E. A. Johnston, for £1 5s Gd. Orders for Possession William Spence Jamieson was granted an order for possession of a property in •Appold street, Mornington, against J. Butterworth, on or before March 14. Judgment was given for the plaintiff for £5 10s Bd. with costs (£2 8s), for lent due. Stanley C. Harrison proceeded against Mrs P. Timbliek for possession of a property in Brighton, known as the "Riverside Store.”—After hearing evidence, the magistrate made an order for possession on or before March 14.
