WEST INDIES HELP
TROOPS FOR FIGHTING FRONT RUGBY, Feb. 20. The War Office announced that a contingent of fighting troops from the West Indies will shortly be moved to an active theatre of operations. It will include men from all British colonies in the Carribbean area.
