RETURNING TO GERMANY
INFORMATION CHIEF DISMISSED LONDON, Feb. 20. Captain Paul Leverkuehn, the head of the German military information service, has been dismissed, and is leaving Istanbul by plane for Germany, reports the Ankara correspondent of the Exchange Telegraph. His secretary was one of the German officials who recently went over to the Allies. The wives of most of tne German officials have been ordered home to be held as hostages for their husbands.
