CAPTIVES OF JAPAN
SOME SUPPLIES VIA SIBERIA RUGBY. Feb. 10. A North Pacific route via Siberia is being used for supplies to British and American prisoners of war in Japanese hands, said Sir William Kerr Fraser, British Red Cross liaison officer in the United States, in an interview at Toronto. So far supplies have been sent only in a few exchange ships.
