BIBLE CLASS LEADER

A large attendance of Bible class students assembled in St. Paul’s Hall to honour Miss Muriel Barclay, who is to be married shortly. The Rev. Dr T. Paterson, on behalf of the Bible classes, presented Miss Barclay with a gift and wished her every iiappiness in the future. Miss P. McNiell stated that Miss Barclay had been a member of the District Committee for the past eight years, and she made a presentation on behalf of the committee. Other speakers were the Rev. W. Lawson Marsh (Columba), Mr J. C. Kirkness (session clerk of St. Paul's), and Mr E. D. Watts (senior boys’ leader). Items were contributed by Misses Betty Kirkness and Margaret O'Hara. The accompanist was Miss Grace Hollamby, and Mr S. Kinder was M.C.
