MOVE BY UNITED NATIONS MELBOURNE, Feb. 5. Suppression of opium smoking and the production of opium for smoking purposes in all Commonwealth territories reoccupied from Japan had been decided upon by the Federal Government, said the Minister for Trade and Customs, Senator Keane, at a press conference.
