SEAT TRANSFERRED TO BURMA (Rec. 0.20 a.m.) NEW YORK. Jan. 9. The Domei Agency reported that Chandra Bose has transferred the seat of the provisional Government of Free India from Singapore to Burma as another important step in the preparations for launching destructive forces against India.
