GIRL DECAPITATED

BODY FOUND ON LINE (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 7. The decapitated body of Noeline Margaret Phillips, aged 16, who resided with her parents in Cuba street, Petone, was found by the engine driver of a train at 3.5 a.m. to-day on the railway line between the Petone railway station and the Petone railway crossing. It is believed that she was run oVer by a previous train which passed through Petone about 0.20 a.m.
