CITY CORPORATION LEASES
Messrs Park, Reynolds. Ltd., report having submitted at auction yesterday, on behalf of the Dunedin City Corporation, the following leases. Lot VI: Allotment 55, section 6, block VII, town district (£6), Sisters of Mercy Lot VII: Lot 1, part allotment 16 of sections 1 and 2, block IV, Upper Kaikorai district (£22 10s), Salvation Army Trust Board. Lot VIII: Lot 2. part allotment 16 of sections 1 and 2, block IV, Upper Kaikorai district (£11), Frances Excell Lot IX: Lot 3, part allotment 16. part sections 1 and 2, block TV, Upper Kaikorai district (£11), J. W. Clark. Lot X: Lot 4, part allotment 16 of sections 1 and 2, block IV, Upper Kaikorai district (£2l), E. A. Clarkson. Lot XI.
