The accounts of the Waitaki Fanners’ Freezing Company for the year show a profit of £7218 0s Id. The balance brought forward from last year, £3315 3s lOd, makes the total £10,533 3s lid. The directors recommend a 6 per cent., dividend, absorbing £5761 16s, and leaving £4771 7s lid to be carried forward.
