MR DUFF-COOPER
- (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 13. The Algiers corn spondent of the American Associated Press says that Mr A. Duff-Cooper, who vacated the Chancellorship of the Duchy of Lancaster in the British Cabinet reshuffle last week, has been appointed British diplomatic representative to the French National Committee.
