SUPREME COURT BENCH
NEW JUDGE TAKES SEAT (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 1. Mr Justice Finlay took his seat on the Supreme Court bench for the first time in Wellington to-day, when a defended divorce case came before him and a jury of 12.
