CITY FIRE CALLS
The City Fire Brigade received a call at 11.16 a.m. on Saturday to the factory of the Crystal Ice Company, Ltd., King Edward street, where slight damage was caused to the ceiling through smouldering chimney packing. When an automatic sprinkler at the Roslvn Woollen Mills, Kaikorai Valley, burst at 12.25 p.m. on Saturday, a call was put through to the brigade.
