PRISONER OF WAR
SQUADRON LEADER CHECKETTS Private advice has been received that Squadron Leader John Checketts, D.F.C., of Invercargill, is wounded and a prisoner of war, A few weeks ago it was reported that he had been shot down during a Channel sweep.
