ALLEGED ASSAULT
BUTCHER ACQUITTED OF CHARGE (P.A.) AUCKLAND, Oct. 22. A Wellington butcher, Augustus Stephen Parsons, aged 31, was found not guilty by a jury on both counts in his trial before Mr Justice Fair on a charge of assaulting a woman so as to cause her actual bodily harm, and, alternatively, of common assault.
