Onslow Ladles’ Club.—The best cards returned in the L.G.U. Medal Match played on Thursday were those Mrs Aternethy 101—32—69, Mrs Brown 102—33—69, and Mrs Cormack 97-27—70. Mrs Abernethy and Mrs Brown each reduced their handicaps by two strokes and Mrs Cormack by one stroke. Next Thursday a bring-and-buy sale will be held at 12.15 p.m., followed by the monthly matches for the Hudson and McGrath Cups. Chisholm Park Ladies’ Club;— The best cards returned in the extra L.G.U. Match played on Tuesday were those of Mrs Stevens 103—36—67, Mrs Stiven 95—24—71, Mrs Grant 93—19—74, Miss Rhodes 104—28 76 In the Putting Competition the best scores were: Mrs O’Carroll 37, Miss Rhodes 39, Mrs Gorman 40. In the championship final Mrs Gorman defeated Mrs Wood. 5 and 3. On Tuesday a Sealed Holes Match will be played, followed by a Putting Competition.
