STRANGE RETURN OF BOOK

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 27. Dr Edwin Lee, of California, received back a book on anatomy to-day which he lost five years ago. An American soldier found it on Attu Island, in the Aleutians. One of Dr Lee’s classmates in the College of Medical Evangelists was a Japanese, who went to Japan to practise medicine.
