CITY POLICE COURT
In the City Police Court yesterday Ivan Roy Cnstoff (Mr O. G. Stevens), a soldier on furlough, who resides m Auckland, appeared before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M., on a charge of having indecently assaulted another male. —After evidence by the complainant (a boy aged 12) and police witnesses had 'been heard, the accused, who pleaded guilty, was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
