YOUNG CHINESE EXECUTED

WORKING FOR THE JAPANESE CHUNGKING, Sept. 20. A Japanese Secret Service plot to assassinate members of the United States air force in China was disclosed with the announcement that a 21-year-old Chinese was executed to-day. The Associated Press says that the Japanese hired him in Anhwei Province last July. They promised him 100,000 dollars if he carried out an elaborate plan for killing Americans, and the distribution of provocatory leaflets indicating that the killing was the work of Chinese airmen in protest against unequal treatment.
