Caversham Club.—The annual BrightonGreen Island Road Race was held on Saturday, the results being as follows: H. Lucas. 4min 15sec, 1; I. Weir, smin lOsec, 2; J. Cook, lmin 30sec, 3; G. L. Austin,.>scr 4. Fastest time: G. L. Austin. 36min 16sec, 1; J. Cook, 37min 18sec, 2; H. Lucas, 39min 29sec, 3. A junior race of one mile and a-half, which was held at Green Island, was won by G. Smith (50sec), C. Bower (15sec) and D. McDougall (75sec) being second and third respectively. The time was lOmin 33sec.
