SCATTERED DRIZZLE Forecast for Otago.—The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was issued at 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— Moderate to fresh winds from an easterly quarter; weather fair inland, but cloudy elsewhere, with some scattered drizzle; temperatures cold. Further Outlook. —Similar conditions. Weather in Dunedin.—'The weather yesterday was bright and sunny, after a frost in the morning. There was a light easterly air, and temperatures were mild. The barometer, which rose slowly, stood at 30.14 inches (1021 millibars) at midnight. The following are the meteorological observations taken yesterday at the Daily Times Office:— ,
