WELLINGTON WOOLLEN COMPANY
A net profit of £32,430, compared with £31,904 last year and £33,814 in 1941, is shown in the accounts of the Wellington Woollen Manufacturing Company, Ltd., for the year ended June 30. The directors propose a final dividend of 2 per cent., plus a bonus of 3 per cent., on ordinary and preference shares, making 8 per cent, for the year, the same rate as last year. The total dividend requires £24,000. It is also proposed to add a further £7500 to general reserve, making it £87,000.
