AMERICAN GUERRILLA LEADER (Rec. 8 p.m.) NEW YORK, Aug. 8. The Tokio radio' says that Lieutenantcolonel Hugh Strong, of the United States Army, described as “the ringleader of the enemy guerrilla corps in the southern sector of Luzon,” has been captured. The radio added that Colonel Strong was responsible for the killing of pro-Japanese Chinese merchants in Manila.
