(Rec. 0.30 a.m.) JERUSALEM, July 13. Well-informed political circles state that Belgrade is now not only the Axis headquarters for the Balkan defences against Allied invasion, but the centre of the anti-Hitler activities of a clique of German generals aiming at certain alterations in the New European Order, and the continuance of the war after the overthrow of Hitler and the Nazi Party.
