TRENTHAM MEETING NOKO WINS STEEPLES PARLIAMENTARY TO PLATFORM (P.A.) WELLINGTON, July 11. The Wellington Racing Club’s winter meeting was concluded in overcast and threatening weather and the track was again very heavy. There wafe a large attendance and the totalisator handled £175,385, making £322,757 for the meeting compared with £200,554 last year, an increase of £122,203. An inquiry was held Into I. Galvin falling from Broker's Dream while sharing the lead into the straight in the Parliamentary Handicap. The fall was found to be accidental. Galvin escaped with slight concussion. A.
