VAST AIR STATION
DEFENCE OF SOUTH AFRICA RUGBY, July 9. {v has been disclosed that a ’ vast modern air station for use by the Fleet Air. Arm has been constructed at the request of the British Government 100 miles from Capetown at a cost of £1.500,000. The station, which is designated H.M.S. Malagas, occupies an area of two square miles, and plays a very active part in the seaward defence of South Africa.
