DAILY INTERCESSION
Lord, Thou wilt ordain peace for us.—ls. xxvi, 12. Give wisdom to those whose thoughts are reaching out to the future of Thy world in days of peace. May Thy spirit be their guide to true ideas. Grant that they may understand and feel how great a work Thou hast given them, to do, thdt they may not do it lightly, or from any evil passion, or in ignorance, but gravely and with, a godly spirit, devising always things just and wise, and merciful to the putting away of wrong and the true advancement of all men and the glory-of Thy Kingdom. Through Jesus Christ. Amen.
