That is the way you struck when you collided with the bicycle.” With these words Mr Justice Smith to-day sentenced to six months’ imprisonment Thomas James Atchison, a soldier, who after a third trial was found guilty on a charge' of negligent driving, causing death and of being intoxicated in a car. . .
