CHILDREN’S HEALTH CAMP
Another group of children travelled to tlie Roxburgh Health Camp yesterday to take the p'ace of those who had left earlier in the week. The children who have just completed their term were fortunate in having a ratber longer stay than usual, as it* was thought unwise to bring them back to the town during’vthe infantile paralysis epidemic. Although the camp was closed to visitors for three weeks during this time, the children were happy and contented, making their own amusements during the school holidays. The new children going into the camp will misS the most trying part of the winter in the city, and will be very comfortable in the warm buildings of the camp, and should benefit from the bracing climate of Central Otago. There will be more than 50 children in residence for the next three months, 22 .from the Dunedin district, five from North Otago, four from South Otago, and 21 from Southland.
