THE ARAKAN FRONT
ALLIED AIR ACTIVITY (Rec. 8 p.m.) RUGBY, May 1. The India communique reports no change on the Arakan front. The R.A.F. yesterday without loss maintained its attacks upon Japanese troops in the Mayu battle area, and successfully bombed objectives south-west of Mandalay.
