BARNETT.—On May 1, 1943, at Dunedin, Annie Canning, youngest daughter of the late John and Jane Barnett, of Waipahi. Deeply mourned. —Private interment from our Chapel, 326 George street. JANSEN.—At Queenstown, on Sunday, May 2, 1943, Margaret Maria, beloved wife of Andrew Jansen, Queenstown, formerly of Lower Shotover; in her sixty-second year. “At rest.” The Funeral leaves St. Andrew s Presbyterian Church, Queenstown, on Tuesday, 4th inst., after a service commencing at 1.45 p.m. for the Frankton Cemetery.—J. Mclver, King Edward street, Dunedin, and fond husband of Nellie Mclver (nee Rowe), also brother of John (Timaru). Hector (Christchurch), •nd Lloyd (Dunedin). Deeply mourned. McMILLAN.—On May 2, 1943, at Dunedin, Alexander Forrester McMillan, of 161 Oxford street, beloved husband of the late Margaret McMillan; in his eightyfifth year. “Asleep in Jesus.”—Private interment from the residence of his daughter (Mrs A. Forrest), Catherine street, Kaitangata, To-morrow (Tuesday), the 4th inst.—R. McLean and Son, funeral directors.
MILLER.—On April 30, 1943, at Invercargill, Margaret Findlay, dearly beloved wife of the late John Inglis Miller, and beloved mother of Mary (Mrs E. R. Reid) and Allan, of 64 Lorn street, Invercargill.— Private interment at Dunedin.—Hope and Kinaston, funeral directors.
TOWNLEY.—On May 1, 1943, 19130 Lance-corporal William Townley, Ist N.Z.E.F.. beloved husband of Evelyn Townley, of Stirling.
