CANADA’S EFFORT
SUPPLIES FOR ALLIES RUGBY, Apl. 29. Mr Malcolm MacDonald, British High Commissioner in Canrda, speaking in London to-day on Canada’s war effort, said that of all the war supplies produced in Canada only 50 per cent, went to Canada’s own forces. Thirty per cent, went to Britain and Russia and the fronts in the west and 20 per cent, went to the United States, Australia, and the Pacific.
