FAIR TO CLOUDY Forecast for Otago.—The following official weather forecast for Otago covering the ensuing 24 hours was issued at 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— North to north-west winds, fresh at times; weather fair to cloudy; temperatures moderate. Further Outlook.—Some scattered rain in the west and the far south. Weather in Dunedin.—Mild and sunny weather, with a light north-easteriy breeze, was experienced yesterday. The barometer fell steadily, the reading at midnight being 30.14 inches (1021 millibars). The following are tire meteorological observations taken yesterday at the Daily Times office:— 8 a.m. Noon. 6 p.m. M nt.
