MASS MURDERS
SLAUGHTER OF CHINESE JAPANESE BLOOD LUST SAN FRANCISCO, (Rec. 1.30 a.m.) Apl. 29. Japanese troops slaughtered every man, woman, and child in the coastal areas of China where the American flyers landed after bombing Tokio, declared the Secretary of the Treasury.
Mr Henry Morgenthau. He added that this information was contained in a cablegram from General Chiang Kaishek revealing that the Japanese troops attacked the coastal areas, reproducing the wholesale scale of the horrors of Lidice.
