AMERICA AND RUSSIA PRESIDENT MAY VISIT MOSCOW (Rec. 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, Apl. 4. President Roosevelt may go to Moscow soon to meet M. Stalin, says the New York correspondent of the Sunday Express. The President is anxious to improve Soviet-American relations. It is also proposed that an important American mission should go to Russia. The mission may be headed by the Vice-president, Mr H. A. Wallace, the Under-secretary of State. Mr Sumner Welles, or the Lend-Lease Administrator, Mr Harry Hopkins. The moves to initiate improved Soviet-American relations followed Mr Anthony Eden’s visit to Washington last month.
