(Rec. 7 p.m.) Mar. 12. r The Lend-Lease report reveals that v the Japanese are permitting lend-lease j shipments to move in Russian ships unmolested across the Pacific to Siberia Officials stated that this is due to Japan’s desire not to infringe the non- ? aggression pact with Russia.
