CREWS SUSPECTED

GERMAN HIGH SEAS FLEET , .RUGBY, Mar. 10. Gestapo battle police have joined the German high seas fleet at its Norwegian bases, says the Daily Express naval correspondent. This follows the recent purge of 10 German admirals. The Gestapo will keep a strict watch on the officers and men of the fleet, and report direct to Herr Himmler. The correspondent says desertions have occurred from the fleet, which has been in Norwegian waters for two years and has failed to check British snd American convoys to Russia.
