(Special) AUCKLAND, Jan. 28. A net profit, after allowing for depreciation and taxation, of £B7OI is shown in the accounts of Berlei (N.Z.), Ltd . for the. year ended December 19. This compares with £10,742 for the previous year, and £10,452 in 1940. There is £7306 available for distribution. The directors propose payment of a final dividend of 2s a share, making 3s 6d, equal to 17i per cent;., unchanged, for the full year. The final dividend takes £SOOO, leaving £2306 to be carried forward, against £5341 brought in.
