PREPARING TRIPLE BLOW

AXIS REPORTS OF ALLIED PLANS (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 25. Axis propaganda sources suggest that the Allies are preparing a triple blow against the Axis bridge-heads in Tunisia. The Berlin radio reports that the Eighth Army is using many tanks, and is again attempting an outflanking move against Marshal Rommel’s withdrawing forces. American forces are concentrating to the south-west of Tebessa, with the apparent intention of attempting to reach the coast between Gabes and Sfax. The Paris radio asserts that the British are preparing a new offensive to the north of Bouarada.
