German Warship Salvaged

The German cruiser Koenigsberg, which the R.A.F, sank at Bergen in 1940, has been raised, and is now lying in the harbour, keel uppermost, reports the Norwegian Telegraph Agency. The guns and superstructure were removed before the ship was raised. The Koenigsberg was sunk by a direct hit, a bomb falling down the funnel as she lay at her mooring.
