RED CROSS NOTES
The Middlemarch Red Cross Guild has been kept busy during the last two months, when knitting gnd sewing have been done for the Red Cross, the Air Force Relations, and the Patriotic Council. Thirty-one balaclavas, 91 pairs of mittens, 2 cardigans, 10 pullovers, 10 Cranfield jerseys, 12 scarves, and 12 skin suits have been made, besides garments and quilts for the emergency box.
