During a night patrol in June Wing Commander Smith destroyed two and probably accounted for another machine. Warrant Officer Francis Enslie Hogg, R.N.Z.A.F., of Masterton, has been awarded the D.F.C. for persistence and skill in bombing enemy aerodromes.
