Under Section 90 of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933," upon the owner of every dwelling house and everv building used for business erected in the Borough of Roxburgh a charge of THIRTY SHILLINGS (30s) for water supplied to each flush in lavatory.

A SPECIAL RATE to be known as the SEWERAGE LOAN INTEREST RATE under Section 91 of " The Municipal Corporations Act. 1933," of FIVEPENCE (sd) IN THE POUND (£) upon the value of the rateable prooerty appearing on the Valuation Roll for the time being in force in the Borough of Roxburgh. The above RATES and FEES are PAYABLE IN ONE SUM. and in each, case on the 24th dav of JULY. 1942, at the Borough Council Chambers, Scotland street. Roxburgh, and an additional CHARGE OF TEN PER CENTUM (10 per cent.) provided for by Section 7G of " The Rating Act, 1925." will be imposed on all such Rates and Fees remaining UNPAID after the Bth dav of FEBRUARY. 1943.
