A SPECIAL RATE to be known as the SEWERAGE LOAN INTEREST RATE under Section 91 of " The Municipal Corporations Act. 1933," of FIVEPENCE (sd) IN THE POUND (£) upon the value of the rateable prooerty appearing on the Valuation Roll for the time being in force in the Borough of Roxburgh.
