DEPARTURE FROM LISBON DIPLOMATS ON BOARD (Rec 7 p.m.) LONDON, June 21. It is reported-from Lisbon that the Brazilian ships Sequire, Campos and Bage sailed for Brazil with Brazilian diplomats and civilians from Axis countries, and 230 Portuguese. The Drottningholm, which was ready to leave for the United States, with 1000 Americans and South Americans from Axis countries, is being held " for new instructions."
