COWIE.—On June 22, 1942, at Dunedin. Margaret Elizabeth, dearly loved wife of the late William Cowie, 402 High street, Dunedin; in her ninetieth year.—Private interment.—C. J. Thorn, Ltd., funeral directors. DUNCAN.—On June 20, 1942, Annie, beloved wife of Thomas Duncan, of Nightcaps, and loved daughter of Mrs C. Scherp, St. Bathans; aged 39. Deeply mourned.

. GIBSON.—On June 22, 1942, at Dunedin, Arthur Petrie, dearly beloved husband of Beatrice Gibson; in his seventy-seventh year; late of North Taieri. No flowers (by request).—Private interment.—R. Milne, 94 Conway street, Christchurch, and much loved second daughter of Louisa and the late Robert Purdom (Christchurch); aged 42 years. PEARCE.—On June 22,1942, at 808 Cumberland street, Alva May, beloved wife of Ronald Pearce, and beloved eldest daughter oi Mr and Mrs Albert Dabinett; aged 31 years.
